Nike De Souza 

Mrs. Nike De Souza is the founder and Managing Director of PeoplePrime and  PeopleTemp Limited.  She is a highly experienced professional with a wide and varied array of talents.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Public Accountants, State of Maryland, USA in 1989.  She is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).  She also attended the American University, Kogod school of Business Administration, Washington D.C. USA.

She started her career in the US in 1987, working for several consulting and audit firms as a Consultant/Auditor and attained the post of Senior Auditor/Consultant in 1990. On her return to Nigeria in 1992, she joined Arthur Andersen Nigeria (now KPMG Professional Services).  During her years at Arthur Andersen, her responsibilities spanned engagement management on numerous statutory audits for clients in the hospitability, manufacturing, trading, gold mining and not for profit sectors as well as training, budgeting, planning and scheduling, to heading the Risk Consulting and Outsourcing services group.  She also handled assignments for the Executive Selection unit. She left Arthur Andersen in December 2002 to establish PeopleTemp; a sister company of PeoplePrime.

PeoplePrime in July 2007 conducted the first Nationwide Graduate Recruitment Fair to test approximately 15,000 graduates, with over 2,000 talented graduates attending the Fair.
 

She has completed the OMP at the Lagos Business School. Nike has been fully certified by SHL & the British Psychological Society to conduct objective assessments.  Nike has also attended the Talent Management Program at Cranfield University, UK.

Nike is also a member of the Human Capital Committee of the Nigerian Economic Summit (NESG) and a fellow of the Aspen Leadership Institute (USA).

Titi Bashorun

Mrs. Titilola Bashorun, a graduate of Business Administration from University of Ilorin, holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from University of Bradford, UK. She is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD),UK.

She has about 11 years work experience mostly in the banking sector and her experience cuts across Credit and marketing, relationship management, investment management, customer service, retail banking and people management. She started her career at Eko International Bank (now Skye Bank Plc) in 1998 rose through the ranks to become the Head, Credit and Marketing.  

She later joined UBA Plc in 2006 as the Profit Centre Manager in one of the mega branches. Within 3 months of joining the bank and outstanding performance, she was assigned to start off a new branch. While at UBA, she was responsible for the growth of the business, creating good and quality risk asset and investment portfolio, business development, relationship management and overall branch operations. She comes across with vast skills in retail/commercial banking, investment banking and Treasury management while ensuring sustained deposit mobilization.

While at UK, she worked with Cedar Alps where she developed her Human Resource and people management skills. She is presently at PeopleTemp/PeoplePrime as the Client Service Manager, handling all assignments of executive search and selection.  She is able to drive business, promote organizational culture as well as initiate and develop HR policies, trends and strategies. She has a passion for success and excellent practices.
